The Seaholm Maples (Birmingham, MI) basketball felled the visiting Groves Falcons (Beverly Hills, MI), 50-41 in Friday's league test.
The Maples (13-6) will now prepare for their test against Regina (Warren, MI). The go into the non-league test with a 4-13 record. In their last test, Regina was beaten by Fordson (Dearborn, MI), 45-42, in a non-league test.
The Falcons now own a 5-11 record. They play next when they host Royal Oak for a Oakland - White test on Friday, February 23.
