New Mexico High School Basketball - Hope Christian can't hold off Valley

February 16, 2024: Albuquerque, NM 87109

The Valley Vikings basketball team scored 38 points and restricted the host Hope Christian Huskies to 36 in the Vikings league victory on Friday.

The Vikings now sport a 10-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Highland for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 17. Valley will battle a Hornets team coming off a 42-29 league win over Grants (Grants, NM). The Hornets record now stands at 11-12.

The Huskies (12-13) will now prepare for their contest against Del Norte (Albuquerque, NM). The Knights come into the 4A District 6 contest with a 10-15 record.
