The Vermillion Tanagers basketball team scored 62 points and restricted the visiting Parker Pheasants to 18 in the Tanagers league victory on Friday.
The Tanagers now sport a 16-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Parker for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 20. Vermillion will battle a Pheasants team coming off a 62-18 league loss to Vermillion (Vermillion, SD). The Pheasants record now stands at 2-19.
The Pheasants (2-19) will now prepare for their contest against Vermillion (Vermillion, SD). The Tanagers come into the non-league contest with a 16-4 record. In their last contest, Vermillion triumphed over Parker (Parker, SD), 62-18, in a league contest.
