Lee County Trojans (Leesburg, GA) supporters were pleased Friday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Tift County Blue Devils (Tifton, GA), 1-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Trojans confront the Thomas County Central Yellow Jackets (Thomasville, GA) in a 6A Region 1 challenge, on Tuesday, February 20. Lee County will attempt to move on its 3-1 season record. The Yellow Jackets enter the challenge with a 3-0 record after their 2-0 league win over Houston County (Warner Robins, GA).

The Blue Devils now possess a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they host Northside for a 6A Region 1 challenge on Tuesday, February 20. Tift County will confront a Eagles team coming off a 1-1 non-league Peach County (Fort Valley, GA). The Eagles record now stands at 1-1.
