In Friday's league challenge, the Bishop Hendricken Hawks (Warwick, RI) ice hockey team bounced the host Barrington Eagles (Barrington, RI), by a margin of 7-1.

The Hawks now possess a 17-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mount St. Charles Academy for a State Championship Division challenge on Saturday, February 17. Bishop Hendricken will clash with a Mounties team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Burrillville (Harrisville, RI). The Mounties record now stands at 8-10.

The Eagles (10-6) will now prepare for their challenge against East Greenwich (East Greenwich, RI). The Avengers enter the State Championship Division challenge with a 2-13 record. In their last challenge, East Greenwich was ripped by Mount St. Charles Academy (Woonsocket, RI), 5-1, in a league challenge.
