The crowd at Friday's league test between the Hanks Knights (El Paso, TX) and the visiting Parkland Matadors (El Paso, TX), saw Hanks's soccer squad knock off Parkland by a margin of 3-1.

The Knights now sport a 9-7 record. They play next when they travel to Ysleta for a 5A Region 1 District 2 test on Tuesday, February 20. Hanks will meet a Indians squad coming off a 2-1 league loss to Del Valle (El Paso, TX). The Indians record now stands at 4-12.

With the loss, Parkland drops to 4-11 on the season. The Matadors host Horizon (El Paso, TX) to meet the Scorpions in a 5A Region 1 District 2 test on Tuesday, February 20. The Scorpions come into the test with a record of 7-5. Horizon 1-1 in their recent league test against Bel Air (El Paso, TX)
