Texas High School Softball - Jourdanton edges Somerset

February 16, 2026: Jourdanton, TX 78026

The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the Jourdanton Indians/Squaws (Jourdanton, TX) and the visiting Somerset Bulldogs (Somerset, TX), observed Jourdanton's softball team get by Somerset by a tally of 7-5.

The Indians/Squaws (4-2) will now prepare for their bout against Devine (Devine, TX). The Warhorses / Arabians go into the non-league match with a 3-3 record.

In their next game, the Bulldogs battle the San Antonio Memorial Minutemen (San Antonio, TX) in a non-league match, on Thursday, February 19. Somerset will attempt to better on its 5-2 season record. The Minutemen go into the match with a 2-2 record after their 14-9 non-league win over Center Point (Center Point, TX).
