The South Gwinnett Comets baseball team scored 21 runs and limited the host Cedar Grove Saints to 3 in the Comets non-league victory on Thursday.
The Comets (1-1) will now prepare for their match against Shiloh (Snellville, GA). The Generals go into the non-league match with a 2-0 record. In their last match, Shiloh ran past Arabia Mountain (Lithonia, GA), 3-2, in a non-league match.
The Saints (0-2) will now prepare for their match against Towers (Decatur, GA). The Titans go into the non-league match with a 2-1 record. In their last match, Towers ran past Lithonia (Lithonia, GA), 3-2, in a non-league match.
