The Algonquin Regional Titans (Northborough, MA) basketball knocked off the visiting Marlborough Panthers (Marlborough, MA), 58-42 in Friday's non-league test.
The Titans (9-9) will now prepare for their test against Nashoba Regional (Bolton, MA). The Chieftains go into the non-league test with a 16-2 record. In their last test, Nashoba Regional notched a victory over Maynard (Maynard, MA), 72-45, in a non-league test.
The Panthers now own a 3-12 record. They play next when they travel to Keefe Tech for a non-league test on Saturday, February 18. Marlborough will encounter a Broncos squad coming off a 75-34 non-league win over Norfolk County Agricultural (Walpole, MA). The Broncos record now stands at 14-4.
