The Old Rochester Regional Bulldogs (Mattapoisett, MA) basketball nipped the host Apponequet Regional Lakers (Lakeville, MA), 53-51 in Friday's league test.
The Bulldogs (16-3) will now prepare for their test against Fairhaven (Fairhaven, MA). The Blue Devils go into the South Coast test with a 5-13 record.
The Lakers now own a 8-10 record. They play next when they host Wareham for a South Coast test on Monday, February 20. Apponequet Regional will encounter a Vikings squad coming off a 79-78 league loss to Bourne (Bourne, MA). The Vikings record now stands at 15-3.
