The Swan Valley Vikings (Saginaw, MI) basketball crushed the host Birch Run Panthers (Birch Run, MI), 68-46 in Friday's league test.

The Vikings (8-11) will now prepare for their test against Alma (Alma, MI). The Panthers go into the Tri-Valley - East test with a 9-9 record. In their last test, Alma was trounced by Bridgeport (Bridgeport, MI), 68-56, in a league test.

The Panthers now own a 1-18 record. They play next when they travel to Frankenmuth for a Tri-Valley - East test on Tuesday, February 21. Birch Run will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 49-39 league loss to Freeland (Freeland, MI). The Eagles record now stands at 10-8.
