In Friday's league outing, the Dover Green Wave (Dover, NH) basketball squad beat the visiting Portsmouth Clippers (Portsmouth, NH), by a count of 74-63.

The Green Wave (6-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Keene (Keene, NH). The Blackbirds come into the Division I challenge with a 3-12 record. In their last challenge, Keene was dropped by Timberlane (Plaistow, NH), 73-66, in a league challenge.

Next up, the Clippers play the Nashua North Titans (Nashua, NH) in a Division I challenge, on Tuesday, February 21. Portsmouth will attempt to upgrade on its 9-8 season record. The Titans come into the challenge with a 16-1 record after their 70-37 league win over Manchester Central (Manchester, NH).
