The South Shore Cardinals basketball team (Port Wing, WI), dropped 67-48 in Friday's league battle with the host Drummond Lumberjacks (Drummond, WI)
The Lumberjacks now sport a 15-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Washburn for a Indianhead battle on Thursday, February 23. Drummond will battle a Castle Guards team coming off a 66-51 non-league win over Northwood (Minong, WI). The Castle Guards record now stands at 14-7.
The Cardinals (7-15) will now prepare for their battle against Hurley (Hurley, WI). The Northstars come into the Indianhead battle with a 16-5 record. In their last battle, Hurley dropped by Solon Springs (Solon Springs, WI), 46-39, in a league battle.
