East Thunderbirds (Cheyenne, WY) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting South Bison (Cheyenne, WY), 76-43 in a league bout.

With the win, East upgrades its record to 21-3 on the season. The Thunderbirds travel to Central (Cheyenne, WY) to play the Indians in a 4A Southeast bout on Friday, February 24. The Indians go into the bout with a record of 16-7. Central won 61-12 in their recent league bout against South (Cheyenne, WY)

Next up, the Bison play the Central Indians (Cheyenne, WY) in a 4A Southeast bout, on Saturday, February 18. South will attempt to upgrade on its 4-17 season record. The Indians go into the bout with a 15-7 record after their 48-46 league win over Laramie (Laramie, WY).
