Fox Valley Lutheran Foxes (Appleton, WI) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Little Chute Mustangs (Little Chute, WI), 70-59 in a league bout.

With the win, Fox Valley Lutheran upgrades its record to 22-3 on the season. The Foxes host Luxemburg-Casco (Luxemburg, WI) to clash with the Spartans in a North Eastern bout on Thursday, February 23. The Spartans go into the bout with a record of 8-15. Luxemburg-Casco won 54-51 in their recent league bout against Waupaca (Waupaca, WI)

Next up, the Mustangs clash with the Marinette Marines (Marinette, WI) in a North Eastern bout, on Thursday, February 23. Little Chute will attempt to upgrade on its 21-2 season record. The Marines go into the bout with a 0-21 record after their 64-45 league loss to Freedom (Freedom, WI).
