The Groves Falcons basketball team (Beverly Hills, MI), was nudged 51-44 in Friday's league battle with the host Lake Orion Dragons (Lake Orion, MI)
The Dragons now possess a 9-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Rochester for a non-league battle on Tuesday, February 21. Lake Orion will confront a Falcons team coming off a 60-58 league loss to Seaholm (Birmingham, MI). The Falcons record now stands at 5-14.
The Falcons (12-6) will now prepare for their battle against Clarenceville (Livonia, MI). The Trojans come into the non-league battle with a 4-11 record. In their last battle, Clarenceville was nudged by Southfield Christian (Southfield, MI), 64-63, in a league battle.
