The St. Pius X Sartans tipped the visiting Highland Hornets basketball team by a final score of 53-52 in Friday's league game.
In their next game, the Sartans face the Belen Eagles (Belen, NM) in a non-league game, on Monday, February 20. St. Pius X will attempt to move on its 16-8 season record. The Eagles enter the game with a 4-22 record after their 67-37 league loss to Valencia (Los Lunas, NM).
With the defeat, Highland moves to 19-7 on the year.
