Minnesota High School Basketball - Irondale holds off Park

February 17, 2023: New Brighton, MN 55112

Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Irondale Knights (New Brighton, MN) and the visiting Park Wolfpack (Cottage Grove, MN), saw Irondale's basketball squad hold off Park by a tally of 80-77.

With the victory, Irondale improves its record to 9-12 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Woodbury (Woodbury, MN) to confront the Royals in a AAAA Section 4 challenge on Wednesday, February 22. The Royals come into the challenge with a record of 4-18. Woodbury lost 56-43 in their recent league challenge against White Bear Lake (White Bear Lake, MN)

Next up, the Wolfpack confront the Minnehaha Academy Red Hawks (Minneapolis, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 21. Park will attempt to improve on its 7-12 season record. The Red Hawks come into the challenge with a 14-7 record after their 88-65 non-league win over Providence Academy (Plymouth, MN).
