The Sprague Olympians (Salem, OR) basketball felled the visiting South Salem Saxons (Salem, OR), 65-56 in Friday's league test.
The Olympians (12-11) will now prepare for their test against West Salem (Salem, OR). The Titans go into the 6A Central Valley test with a 14-9 record.
The Saxons now own a 6-16 record. They play next when they travel to North Salem for a 6A Central Valley test on Tuesday, February 21. South Salem will encounter a Vikings squad coming off a 81-48 league loss to McNary (Keizer, OR). The Vikings record now stands at 8-15.
