West Linn Lions (West Linn, OR) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Tigard Tigers (Tigard, OR), 82-60 in a league bout.

With the win, West Linn upgrades its record to 23-1 on the season. The Lions travel to Tualatin (Tualatin, OR) to play the Timberwolves in a 6A Three Rivers bout on Tuesday, February 21. The Timberwolves go into the bout with a record of 19-5. Tualatin won 66-54 in their recent league bout against Lakeridge (Lake Oswego, OR)

Next up, the Tigers play the Lake Oswego Lakers (Lake Oswego, OR) in a 6A Three Rivers bout, on Tuesday, February 21. Tigard will attempt to upgrade on its 14-8 season record. The Lakers go into the bout with a 8-14 record after their 66-60 league loss to Oregon City (Oregon City, OR).
