The Nettleton Raiders (Jonesboro, AR) basketball knocked off the host Batesville Pioneers (Batesville, AR), 65-49 in Friday's league test.
The Raiders (19-6) will now prepare for their test against Valley View (Jonesboro, AR). The Blazers go into the 5A East test with a 8-15 record. In their last test, Valley View went down by Searcy (Searcy, AR), 46-31, in a league test.
The Pioneers now own a 8-18 record. They play next when they travel to Searcy for a 5A East test on Tuesday, February 21. Batesville will encounter a Lions squad coming off a 46-31 league win over Valley View (Jonesboro, AR). The Lions record now stands at 14-13.
