In Friday's non-league outing, the Shenango Wildcats (New Castle, PA) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Carmichaels Mighty Mikes (Carmichaels, PA), by a count of 63-32.
The Wildcats (19-4) will now prepare for their outing against Brentwood (Pittsburgh, PA). The Spartans go into the non-league outing with a 10-7 record. In their last outing, Brentwood smashed Clairton (Clairton, PA), 49-43, in a non-league outing.
The Mighty Mikes now hold a 8-14 record.
