The Cranston East Thunderbolts basketball team (Cranston, RI), dropped 58-38 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Smithfield Sentinels (Esmond, RI)

The Sentinels now sport a 13-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to West Warwick for a non-league battle on Monday, February 20. Smithfield will battle a Wizards team coming off a 65-43 league win over Mt. Pleasant (Providence, RI). The Wizards record now stands at 17-5.
