Cross Lanes Christian Warriors (Charleston, WV) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Wood County Christian Wildcat (Williamstown, WV), 53-18 in a league bout.

With the win, Cross Lanes Christian upgrades its record to 15-11 on the season. The Warriors travel to Victory Baptist Academy (Beaver, WV) to play the Saints in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 18. The Saints go into the bout with a record of 8-10. Victory Baptist Academy won 45-44 in their recent non-league bout against Morgantown Christian Academy (Morgantown, WV)

Next up, the Wildcat play the Tyler Knights (Sistersville, WV) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 21. Wood County Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 10-13 season record. The Knights go into the bout with a 8-14 record after their 44-16 non-league win over Madonna (Weirton, WV).
