The Dryden Cardinals (Dryden, MI) basketball knocked off the visiting Deckerville Eagles (Deckerville, MI), 48-28 in Friday's league test.
The Cardinals (14-6) will now prepare for their test against Lapeer (Lapeer, MI). The Lightning go into the non-league test with a 7-12 record. In their last test, Lapeer notched a victory over Saginaw (Saginaw, MI), 46-45, in a league test.
The Eagles now own a 13-5 record. They play next when they travel to Kingston for a North Central Thumb - Stars test on Thursday, February 23.
