In Friday's league outing, the Glascock County Panthers (Gibson, GA) basketball squad beat the host Twiggs County Cobras (Jeffersonville, GA), by a count of 43-30.
The Panthers (12-8) will now prepare for their outing against Johnson County (Wrightsville, GA). The Trojans go into the A D2 Region 5 outing with a 12-6 record. In their last outing, Johnson County defeated Georgia Military College (Milledgeville, GA), 63-27, in a non-league outing.
