The Hatch Valley Bears basketball team (Hatch, NM), was toppled 32-22 in Friday's league battle with the host Hot Springs Tigers (Truth or Consequences, NM)
The Tigers now possess a 8-16 record.
The Bears (3-21) will now prepare for their battle against Cobre (Bayard, NM). The Indians come into the 3A District 3 battle with a 7-18 record. In their last battle, Cobre was toppled by Socorro (Socorro, NM), 54-38, in a league battle.
