The South St. Paul Packers (South St. Paul, MN) basketball nipped the host Tartan Titans (Oakdale, MN), 48-42 in Friday's non-league test.
The Packers (8-16) will now prepare for their test against North (North St. Paul, MN). The Polars go into the non-league test with a 17-6 record. In their last test, North was tipped by Hill-Murray (Maplewood, MN), 45-36, in a league test.
The Titans now own a 10-13 record. They play next when they host Minneapolis Southwest for a non-league test on Wednesday, February 22.
