Colorado Academy Mustangs (Denver, CO) followers left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their ice hockey team achieve victory over the host Kent Denver Sun Devils (Englewood, CO), 4-2 in a league match.

The Mustangs (14-4) will now prepare for their match against Chatfield (Littleton, CO). The Chargers enter the non-league match with a 3-14 record. In their last match, Chatfield by Chaparral (Parker, CO), 6-1, in a league match.

Next up, the Sun Devils clash with the Liberty Lancers (Colorado Springs, CO) in a 4A North match, on Saturday, February 18. Kent Denver will attempt to improve on its 10-8 season record. The Lancers enter the match with a 7-10 record after their 4-2 non-league loss to Battle Mountain (Edwards, CO).
