The Eagles now sport a 11-2 record. They play next when they host China Spring for a 4A Region 1 District 5 test on Tuesday, February 21. Salado will meet a Cougars squad coming off a 5-1 league loss to Stephenville (Stephenville, TX). The Cougars record now stands at 1-13.

With the loss, Gatesville drops to 5-3 on the season. The Hornets travel to Little River Academy (Little River Academy, TX) to meet the Bumblebees in a 4A Region 1 District 5 test on Tuesday, February 21. The Bumblebees come into the test with a record of 0-12. Little River Academy lost 8-1 in their recent league test against Brownwood (Brownwood, TX)
