Saginaw Rough Riders (Saginaw, TX) fans were pleased Friday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Northwest Texans (Justin, TX), 4-1 in a league challenge.

Next, the Rough Riders confront the Brewer Bears (Fort Worth, TX) in a 5A Region 1 District 5 challenge, on Tuesday, February 28. Saginaw will attempt to better on its 2-12 season record.

The Texans now have a 7-7 record. They take the field next when they host Aledo for a 5A Region 1 District 5 challenge on Tuesday, February 21. Northwest will confront a Bearcats team coming off a 4-0 league loss to Rider (Wichita Falls, TX). The Bearcats record now stands at 10-4.
