In Friday's league battle, the visiting Tivy Antlers soccer squad scored a close 4-0 win over the Veterans Memorial Patriots.
The Antlers (7-6) will now prepare for their battle against Smithson Valley (Spring Branch, TX). The Rangers go into the 5A Region 4 District 26 battle with a 11-6 record. In their last battle, Smithson Valley by Pieper (San Antonio, TX), 3-2, in a league battle.
The Patriots (4-13) will now prepare for their battle against Canyon (New Braunfels, TX). The Cougars go into the 5A Region 4 District 26 battle with a 8-7 record. In their last battle, Canyon nipped Wagner (San Antonio, TX), 4-1, in a league battle.
