Georgia High School Baseball - Model defeats Paulding County

February 17, 2024: Rome, GA 30161

Spectators at Saturday's non-league battle between the Model Blue Devils (Rome, GA) and the visiting Paulding County Patriots (Dallas, GA), saw Model's baseball squad knock off Paulding County by a count of 12-6.

Coming up next, the Blue Devils play the Armuchee Indians (Rome, GA) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, February 20. Model will attempt to move on its 3-0 season record. The Indians enter the battle with a 1-2 record after their 8-3 non-league win over Murray County (Chatsworth, GA).

The Patriots now possess a 0-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Wheeler for a non-league battle on Wednesday, February 21. Paulding County will play a Wildcats squad coming off a 28-16 non-league win over Douglas County (Douglasville, GA). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-0.
