The Eastview Lightning (Apple Valley, MN) basketball knocked off the visiting Burnsville Blaze (Burnsville, MN), 69-59 in Saturday's league test.

The Lightning (4-18) will now prepare for their test against Lakeville North (Lakeville, MN). The Panthers go into the non-league test with a 18-5 record. In their last test, Lakeville North notched a victory over Farmington (Farmington, MN), 74-67, in a league test.

The Blaze now own a 4-18 record. They play next when they host Eagan for a AAAA Section 3 test on Tuesday, February 20. Burnsville will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 81-69 non-league loss to Shakopee (Shakopee, MN). The Wildcats record now stands at 12-10.
