Hot Springs Bison (Hot Springs, SD) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Custer Wildcats (Custer, SD), 55-40 in a league bout.

With the win, Hot Springs upgrades its record to 14-3 on the season. The Bison host Oelrichs (Oelrichs, SD) to clash with the Tigers in a non-league bout on Monday, February 19. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 0-15.

Next up, the Wildcats clash with the Hill City Rangers (Hill City, SD) in a A Region 8 bout, on Monday, February 19. Custer will attempt to upgrade on its 12-7 season record. The Rangers go into the bout with a 9-10 record after their 65-54 league loss to More (Rapid City, SD).
