New Jersey High School Basketball - Governor Livingston can't hold off Johnson

The Johnson Crusaders basketball team scored 55 points and restricted the host Governor Livingston Highlanders to 51 in the Crusaders non-league victory on Saturday.
The Crusaders now sport a 12-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bordentown for a non-league contest on Wednesday, February 21. Johnson will battle a Scotties team coming off a 56-54 non-league loss to Lawrence (Lawrenceville, NJ). The Scotties record now stands at 12-12.
The Highlanders (12-9) will now prepare for their contest against South Plainfield (South Plainfield, NJ). The Tigers come into the non-league contest with a 19-7 record. In their last contest, South Plainfield edged Scotch Plains-Fanwood (Scotch Plains, NJ), 67-66, in a non-league contest.
