Oregon High School Basketball - Horizon Christian can't hold off Westside Christian

The Westside Christian Eagles basketball team scored 56 points and restricted the host Horizon Christian Hawks to 50 in the Eagles league victory on Saturday.
The Eagles now sport a 16-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Jefferson for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 24. Westside Christian will battle a Lions team coming off a 71-39 league loss to Amity (Amity, OR). The Lions record now stands at 20-3.
The Hawks (14-10) will now prepare for their contest against Riverdale (Portland, OR). The Mavericks come into the non-league contest with a 15-10 record. In their last contest, Riverdale was nudged by Warrenton (Warrenton, OR), 48-41, in a league contest.
