New Mexico High School Basketball - Santa Fe Prep ripped by Springer

The Springer Red Devils basketball team scored 68 points and held the visiting Santa Fe Prep Blue Griffins to 11 in the Red Devils non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Red Devils now sport a 15-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Roy/Mosquero for a A District 5 contest on Thursday, February 22. Springer will meet a Longhorn team coming off a 71-30 league win over Des Moines (Des Moines, NM). The Longhorn record now stands at 21-1.
The Blue Griffins (3-8) will now prepare for their contest against Coronado (Gallina, NM). The Leopards enter the non-league contest with a 4-14 record. In their last contest, Coronado was routed by Native American Community Academy (Albuquerque, NM), 65-47, in a non-league contest.
