The South Kingstown Rebels ice hockey squad scored 8 points and restricted the host Mt. Hope Huskies to 3 in the Rebels league victory on Saturday.

With the victory, South Kingstown moves its record to 10-10 on the campaign. The Rebels host Ponaganset (North Scituate, RI) to face the Chieftains in a Division 2 contest on Wednesday, February 21. The Chieftains go into the contest with a record of 16-3. Ponaganset 0-0 in their recent non-league contest against Middletown (Middletown, RI)

The Huskies now sport a 2-17 record. They take the field next when they host West Warwick for a Division 2 test on Sunday, February 18. Mt. Hope will encounter a Wizards team coming off a 6-3 league win over St. Raphael Academy (Pawtucket, RI). The Wizards record now stands at 7-13.
