Lake Mary Rams (Lake Mary, FL) boosters exited the stadium content Saturday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad nip the host Ponte Vedra Sharks (Ponte Vedra, FL), 6-5 in a non-league battle.
The Rams now own a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Seminole for a 2A D4 game on Tuesday, February 20. Lake Mary will encounter a Seminoles team coming off a 5-4 league loss to Hagerty (Oviedo, FL). The Seminoles record now stands at 1-2.
The Sharks (2-1) will now prepare for their game against Nease (Ponte Vedra, FL). The Panthers go into the non-league game with a 2-0 record. In their last game, Nease nipped Oak Hall (Gainesville, FL), 11-10, in a non-league battle.
