The Trojans now sport a 3-2 record. They play next when they host West Mesquite for a non-league match on Saturday, February 17. Newman Smith will face a Wranglers squad coming off a 8-0 non-league loss to Bonham (Bonham, TX). The Wranglers record now stands at 1-4.

With the loss, Lakeview Centennial moves to 0-3 on the season. The Patriots host Sachse (Sachse, TX) to face the Mustangs in a 6A Region II District 9 match on Tuesday, February 20. The Mustangs go into the match with a record of 2-4. Sachse lost 8-0 in their recent non-league match against Marcus (Flower Mound, TX)
