Massachusetts High School Basketball - Putnam Vo-Tech nips Longmeadow

In Monday's non-league contest, the visiting Putnam Vo-Tech Beavers basketball team scored a close 74-73 win over the Longmeadow Lancers.
The Beavers (11-7) will now prepare for their contest against Pope Francis Prep (Springfield, MA). The Cardinals come into the non-league contest with a 16-2 record.
In their next game, the Lancers battle the Chicopee Comp Colts (Chicopee, MA) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, February 19. Longmeadow will attempt to better on its 3-7 season record. The Colts come into the contest with a 13-6 record after their 62-51 non-league loss to Holyoke (Holyoke, MA).
