The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the Sidney Cowboys (Sidney, IA) and the visiting Riverside Bulldogs (Oakland, IA), observed Sidney's basketball team edge Riverside by a margin of 63-59.
The Cowboys (16-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Bedford (Bedford, IA). The Bulldogs come into the non-league challenge with a 21-1 record. In their last challenge, Bedford edged Fremont-Mills (Tabor, IA), 80-32, in a non-league challenge.
