In Monday's non-league contest, the host North Adams-Jerome Rams basketball team scored a close 44-42 triumph over the Britton Deerfield Patriots.
The Rams (6-12) will now prepare for their contest against Will Carleton Academy (Hillsdale, MI). The Cougars go into the non-league contest with a 3-11 record. In their last contest, Will Carleton Academy was tipped by Waldron (Waldron, MI), 52-22, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Patriots battle the Morenci Bulldogs (Morenci, MI) in a Tri-County contest, on Tuesday, February 18. Britton Deerfield will attempt to better on its 1-18 season record. The Bulldogs go into the contest with a 17-0 record after their 50-25 league win over Summerfield (Petersburg, MI).
