The Delavan-Darien Comets basketball team scored 65 points and limited the host Monroe Cheesemakers to 35 in the Comets league triumph on Monday.

The Comets now possess a 10-11 record. They play next when they travel to Janesville Parker for a non-league game on Tuesday, February 18. Delavan-Darien will play a Vikings team coming off a 78-67 league loss to Madison East (Madison, WI). The Vikings record now stands at 3-19.

With the loss, Monroe falls to 2-20 on the campaign. The Cheesemakers host East Troy (East Troy, WI) to play the Trojans in a Rock Valley - Valley game on Thursday, February 20. The Trojans go into the game with a record of 19-2.
