The crowd at Monday's league challenge between the Fosston Greyhounds (Fosston, MN) and the visiting Red Lake County Central Mustangs (Oklee, MN), observed Fosston's basketball team knock off Red Lake County Central by a score of 65-55.
The Greyhounds (16-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Warren-Alvarado-Oslo (Warren, MN). The Ponies come into the A Section 8 challenge with a 18-3 record. In their last challenge, Warren-Alvarado-Oslo prevailed over Red Lake County Central (Oklee, MN), 66-37, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Mustangs encounter the Fertile-Beltrami Falcons (Fertile, MN) in a A Section 8 challenge, on Tuesday, February 18. Red Lake County Central will attempt to improve on its 14-12 season record.
