In Monday's league challenge, the host Satellite Scorpions lacrosse squad scored a tight 6-5 triumph over the Merritt Island Mustangs.
The Scorpions (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Cocoa Beach (Cocoa Beach, FL). The Minutemen go into the challenge with a 0-0 record.
Next, the Mustangs clash with the Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy Tigers (Melbourne, FL) in a game, on Wednesday, February 19. Merritt Island will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
