In Monday's non-league bout, the Woodward Academy War Eagles (College Park, GA) baseball squad the visiting Newnan Cougars (Newnan, GA), by a tally of 9-5.
Next up, the War Eagles encounter the North Atlanta Warriors (Atlanta, GA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 18. Woodward Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 2-0 season record. The Warriors enter the bout with a 2-0 record after their 17-4 non-league win over Holy Innocents Episcopal (Atlanta, GA).
