Fans at Monday's league battle between the Alvarado Indians (Alvarado, TX) and the host Godley Wildcats (Godley, TX), saw Alvarado's soccer squad hold off Godley by a count of 1-0.

The Indians (7-7) will now prepare for their battle against Life Waxahachie (Waxahachie, TX). The Mustangs enter the 4A Region 1 District 6 battle with a 15-2 record. In their last battle, Life Waxahachie tipped Ferris (Ferris, TX), 1-0, in a league battle.

Next up, the Wildcats battle the Life Waxahachie Mustangs (Waxahachie, TX) in a 4A Region 1 District 6 battle, on Tuesday, February 25. Godley will attempt to upgrade on its 3-6 season record.
