The Paramount Pirates crushed the host Westminster Lions baseball team by a count of 12-1 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Pirates now possess a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Culver City for a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 22. Paramount will face a Centaurs team coming off a 16-0 non-league win over Loara (Anaheim, CA). The Centaurs record now stands at 1-0.
With the defeat, Westminster falls to 0-3 on the season. The Lions host Cerritos (Cerritos, CA) to battle the Dons in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 22. The Dons enter the bout with a record of 1-1. Cerritos lost 4-0 in their recent non-league bout against Valley Christian (Cerritos, CA)
